Week 4: Yiuf, the Enlightened

The changes we're testing this week are 3 fold: 1. A brand new background with new spells and talismans, 2. a tweaked Gnoll who receives 50% of its starting XP via manuals over the first ~8 dungeon floors, and 3. a tweaked Ash who now gives (mostly) individual curses instead of curse groups.
Please give feedback on the following during your submission or in Discord:
- Likes/dislikes/balance thoughts about the new BG/talismans/spells
- New Ash curse system, frequency of curses and the balance between different curse type frequencies
- Gnoll changes, Aptitudes and the starting XP manual change - do you think Gnoll is in a good place now, how good is this BG for it, etc
